As your birth doula, I'm here to provide personalized education, steady,
evidence-based support,practical preparation, and compassionate encouragement
so you can approach your birth and step into labor with confidence.
Whether this is your first baby or your fifth,
my goal is to help you feel informed, respected, and never alone.
