About the event
Join us for a cozy, at-home Cycle Prep class!
Cycle Prep is a nationally-acclaimed mother–daughter workshop (recommended ages 9–11*) designed to help you confidently prepare for her first period — together. We cover real, age-appropriate science (not fluff!) including anatomy, what’s happening during the cycle, how to recognize signs of an approaching period, choosing period products, and even how to build a simple period kit. It’s all presented in a positive, faith-informed way that encourages girls to understand and appreciate their bodies.
This class will be taught by certified Cycle Prep facilitator Heidi Schaap.
Girls will leave with:
A custom period-product kit
A workbook and discussion guide for continued learning
